Whether you’re passing through or want to immerse yourself in the racing world, this is a 10/10 stay that delivers on every level.

Amazing experience from start to finish! We celebrated our goddaughter’s birthday at here, and everything was absolutely spotless and seamless. The atmosphere, the service, and the overall organisation made the evening truly special for us. The location is simply unbeatable; right at the iconic British Grand Prix circuit, directly in front of the start and finish line at Silverstone Circuit. For motorsport fans, it doesn’t get better than this. The views of the track are incredible and add such a unique and exciting touch to the stay. The team was very attentive throughout the evening, and Lola in particular truly stood out. I would like to personally thank her for the warm hospitality and care she showed us; it made a real difference. The entire team working that night was amazing. Those thoughtful gestures made our evening extra special, and we are genuinely grateful to everyone on shift. Oh before I forget, the food was divine; hats off the chef! Thank you all; you are fantastic

Impressive hotel and ideal location and a room overlooking the track was a huge plus. Rooms were clean and well presented. Food was good. Downsides were the majority of evening service were miserable! Only 2 showed any customer interaction and I planned my morning trip home to include a car charge whilst eating breakfast, but out of the 20 odd chargers, none worked which delayed my trip home by an hour, would have been a good idea to have this info on check in so customers can plan. Overall though, it was a pleasant stay.

Really Nice hotel Excellent location, on the Silverstone race track. Nice hotel and good staff who were welcoming and friendly. The room was really nice and was well equipped with iron board, iron and hair dryer. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Lots of space to store suitcases. Only downside was the food. Lunch was tasty, I asked for a side of grilled prawns (as advertised in the menu) to accompany the salad. For both the prawns and my drink, I had to remind the waitress. The prawns were not grilled and were not appetising. I didn't eat them. They tried to charge me for them, I asked them to remove them from the bill which they did. Breakfast was varied and had lots of options. But this time both the orange juice and apple juice were seriously watered down. Overall a pleasant stay.

Where Hospitality Starts Before Sunrise. There are hotels that offer you a room, and then there are hotels that offer you a feeling. The Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone is firmly the latter. We arrived with our team for an early start — the kind of morning where 6am feels like the middle of the night. But Tally with her amazing smile, Eli outstanding accent and politeness , and Andrea checking that everything was alright… were already there, wide awake, warm, making sure each of us had a fresh coffee in hand before we could even think to ask. It’s a small gesture on paper, but in practice, it set the tone for our entire stay. They didn’t just serve us… they made us feel like we were home. That kind of attentiveness doesn’t come from a training manual. It comes from people who genuinely care about what they do, and this team radiates exactly that. On a practical note, even the in-room iron was genuinely impressive, powerful, efficient, and a detail that matters when you need to look sharp for business. It’s the little things done well that separate a good hotel from a great one. We’ll be back. And when we are, I hope Tally, Eli, and Andrea know they’re the reason why. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Very modern, clean and neat hotel. Good bar and restaurant area. Very good quality food for a business style hotel. Open kitchen meant you could see the cooking too. Very efficient and friendly staff.

Gave the Hilton a 4 star overall, the rooms were fantastic, even having a sky sports package so I could watch the footy on the nights after work. Excellent location (especially if the formula 1 is on). Really well kept hotel, rooms were fantastic, free parking, lovely resturant with a good selection of meals to choose from. Where this dropped a star from me, unfortunately on 2 separate occasions, when going down for breakfast in the morning, in work uniform, I was looked up and down by a memeber of staff and asked if I was staying at the hotel. This wasnt done in a way of just making sure, it was a assumption. This is because I was dressed head to toe in orange hi Viz. As a civil engineer, when visiting sites this is a must. But yes the assumption that a person wearing that to work couldn't possibly be staying here wasnt very kind. I do get the hilton and its location at Silverstone race track prices its self to attract a certain demographic. Or they have a target market to put it in commercial words. To be made feel that I dont belong isnt the nicest feeling from an establishment though. I will say, once i said my room number, and the phone call to reception to ensure I was staying there, It was all smiles from then on. I won't name the member of staff as I dont want anyone to get reprimanded. But please if you see this, I get you must check, but please everyone is a human, regardless of what there bank balance is. Please try and be kinder in future. Reception staff friendly, server staff were excellent had a funny chat on one occasion. Id happily give the facilities and hotel a 5*. Just a shame on one front.

If you are an F1 enthusiast, this is the place to stay. The suites overlooking the track are fabulous. Customer service is excellent. The hotel is only let down by it's breakfast service. Food is cold and it isn't easy to request cooked eggs. However, on mentioning the issue to reception, the next morning there was a chef present at all times and hot food.
